Frequently Asked Questions

 

How do I register?

The first time that you use our online ordering system, you must register your dealership. Each dealership can only be registered once. To register, first enter your dealership's zip code and main office Wphone number. You can then make corrections to our record of your dealership, and add an email address if you wish.

Finally, you must choose a username and password for your dealership. Passwords can be up to 12 characters long, and it is recommended that you include a combination of letters and numbers. You must use this username and password every time you log in to order parts. Everyone within your organization will use the same username and password combination.

 


 

Why can't I register?

There are a few possibilities.

  • Has your phone number or zip code changed recently? We may have a different zip code and phone number on file. Contact us and we will update this information in our database so that you can register.

  • Perhaps someone else within your organization has already registered your dealership. Ask around.

If all else fails, send an email to support@wil-rich.com.

 


 

What do I do if I forgot my username or password?

If you have forgotten your dealership's username or password, send an email to support@wil-rich.com. Include your name, your dealership's name, your address, and your phone number.

 


 

Is your shopping cart secure? I don't like the idea of sending my credit card number over the internet.

Our ordering system is more secure than a telephone, or even a face-to-face converstaion. Powerful 128-bit encryption protects your credit card number as it is transmitted to our parts department. If for some reason your browser doesn't support such strong encryption, the encryption level will be bumped down to its highest possible level (usually 40- or 56-bit).

 


 

I'm still not convinced. What if someone breaks into your system?

As an extra precaution, we do not store credit card numbers. The numbers are encrypted and delivered to us. Once we have processed your order, all records of your credit card number are destroyed.

 


 

How do I use this store?

Once you have logged in, the ordering process is simple.

  1. Enter a part number that you wish to purchase.

  2. Select a quantity and click "Add to Cart".

  3. Repeat the first two steps until you have chosen every part you wish to order. Click "Check Out".

  4. Orders must have a net cost of at least $25 in order to be processed.

  5. On the next page, you can review your "shopping cart". Make any changes and click "Continue Checkout".

  6. Change your billing address if necessary. Choose a shipping method, and enter any additional instructions or comments. Click "Continue".

  7. Enter your payment information and click "Submit Order"

  8. Print the confirmation page for your records.

 


 

Where do I find out what part number I need?

Part numbers can be found in parts books.

 


 

How do I remove parts from the shopping cart?

Simply change the quantity to zero.

 


 

How do I know if my order is a stocking order?

During certain periods of time, Wil-Rich dealers may place stocking orders. Dealers are only allowed one stocking order per period.

Large stocking orders receive discounts. These discounts are automatically calculated when a stocking order is placed.

Note: because stocking orders must meet certain qualifications, we will review orders labeled as "stocking orders" to determine if an order is a genuine stocking order.
